IES Time – Integrated Electronic Solutions Time is a system developed by Integrated Electronic Solutions that incorporates all of the following:
 

1. Time Card with date, Category, Start Time, Stop Time, Job Number, Department, Regular Time, Overtime 1, Overtime 2, Unpaid Time and if it was a manual entry.
   
    

2. The ability to have the work schedule where it can be viewed as a complete month
   
    

3. A Benefits Page showing all of the current benefits and amounts allowed, taken, accrued, pending and the ability to run a report of the individuals benefits.
   
    

4. There is a Web Clock that, according to the date and time, shows your most recent action (Clock in, in from Lunch, In from Break, Clock out for lunch, clock out for break, enter department and enter job. There is also a place for comments that need to be added to support any of the actions on the page.
   
    

5. There is a messaging tab that allows for messages to be Composed, Sent, Has in Box, Place to have drafts and a Trash file.
   
    

6. A Time Off Requests Page with request date, Duration, Hours Left, Status, Sent Date and Comments
